I earned my Business Degree from UBC-O in Kelowna, BC, in 2005, laying the foundation for a rewarding career in business management and ownership. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of applying my knowledge and experience across a diverse range of industries, including automotive, building maintenance, and heavy equipment. From managing day-to-day operations to taking on the challenges of ownership, my work has always been driven by a commitment to growth, innovation, and delivering results.
Throughout my career, I've honed my ability to lead teams, streamline operations, and drive profitability, all while remaining focused on the long-term vision of the businesses I’ve been a part of. Whether as a manager or an owner, I’ve worked hands-on to shape businesses that thrive, adapting to new challenges and opportunities along the way.
But beyond business, I’m truly passionate about helping people achieve their goals—whether those are professional, financial, or personal. I take great pride in mentoring others, offering guidance, and being a resource for individuals seeking to improve their lives. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow and succeed because of the support and insight you’ve provided.
When I’m not in the office or working with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors and living life to the fullest. Camping is one of my favorite activities, offering the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. I also love to travel, exploring new places and cultures, and golf is my go-to way to unwind and connect with friends and colleagues. These hobbies give me the opportunity to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance, which I believe is key to sustained success in both business and life.
